Orders are filled immediately upon your wonderful purchase. We can't teleport your Goluremi products to you (Yet...) So please refer to the shipping time calculator and tracking that will be provided once your product ships. Returns and Exchanges
We're happy when you're happy. If you ever have any issues with your products please email us directly at Support@goluremi.com and we'll take care of it.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products and customer service. As a result, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our gloves to all of our customers.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Gloves must be returned in its original packaging in “AS NEW” condition for a refund or exchange. Please submit any claims for gloves that have unusual wear or manufacturing defects to Support@goluremi.com.
Customer is responsible for shipping gloves back .We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized gloves. Any orders that fall outside of the 30 day return window are not eligible for refund or exchange.In the event of a refund, shipping costs are excluded from the final total.
Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final on customized items and they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All items being returned must be unused and in the original factory packaging including protective plastic on the palms of the gloves. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size. We will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do not reimburse or credit for shipping on exchanged items. For quicker turn around, we recommend that you reorder your new size/item online or and then return your incorrect size to us for a refund. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Customized items CANNOT be exchanged. Exchanged items must be unused and in original factory packaging including protective plastic on the palms of the gloves.
