Thank you for choosing Goluremi for your needs. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

Please be aware of our return policy, which states that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns. If you would like to return your gloves, they must be unused, in their original factory packaging, including the protective plastic on the palms. We will be happy to process your refund within 7 days of receipt, however, please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy for Goluremi Subscription:

At Goluremi, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription and request a refund.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Once you have been charged for a new month, we do not issue refunds. This information was clearly stated in the terms and conditions when you signed up for the subscription.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, you must do so before the start of the new month.

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team (at support@goluremi.com). We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund as soon as possible.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
