Standard USPS Shipping

We estimate 2-8 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Express Shipping

We estimate 2-4 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. When they are dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Express Delivery is shipped using USPS Priority. Please note, these times are approximate and delivery may take up to 4 days depending upon your location. Please allow at least 4 working days before contacting our customer services team.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us at support@goluremi.com, as soon as you are aware of the issue, and no longer than 7 working days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

*Any customs or import duties may be applied once the package reaches its country of destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.
